Rewault Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Rewault app. By creating an account or using Rewault, you agree to them.
1. Your account
You sign in with Apple or Google. Keep access to that account secure; you are responsible for activity under your Rewault account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age where you live) to use Rewault.
2. Your content
You keep ownership of the receipts, photos, emails and other content you add. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide Rewault to you, including sending it to the service providers named in our Privacy Policy.
3. Information is not guaranteed
Rewault uses OCR, automated parsing and AI models to read receipts and to look up return policies, warranties, credit card benefits, store details, prices and recalls. This information can be wrong or out of date. Always confirm deadlines, coverage and terms with the retailer, manufacturer or card issuer before you rely on them. Reminders are a convenience: missed notifications, device settings or errors can mean a reminder doesn't arrive. Rewault is not legal, financial or safety advice. Always follow official recall notices.
4. Acceptable use
Don't misuse Rewault. That includes trying to access other users' data, overloading or reverse-engineering the service or its AI features, using automated scraping, uploading illegal content, or using Rewault to break the law. We may limit use, for example with daily assistant limits, and we may suspend accounts that break these terms.
5. Third-party services
Rewault relies on Apple, Google (including Gmail, if you connect it), Supabase, OpenAI and public product and recall databases. Their own terms govern your use of their services, and we are not responsible for them.
6. Changes and availability
We may change, suspend or discontinue features. We will try to give notice of significant changes. If we update these terms, continuing to use Rewault means you accept the new version.
7. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in Profile → Delete Account. We may end or suspend access if you break these terms.
8. Disclaimers
Rewault is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for losses from missed return windows, warranty claims, price changes or recalls. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the past 12 months or US $50.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, unless local consumer law gives you other rights.
11. Apple
These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Rewault or its content, has no obligation to provide support or maintenance, and is a third-party beneficiary of these terms with the right to enforce them. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies where it gives you more protection.
